- 10 tbsp Organic virgin coconut oil, melted
- 10 tbsp Nutiva organic coconut oil buttery flavor, melted
- 20 tbsp Organic Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Now Better Stevia Glycerite (liquid) (Use slightly less than 1 tsp)
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flakes (Optional)
- 20 g Pork Rinds (Optional) Provides a "Nestle Crunch" type texture and consistency.
Melt oils
Add cacao powder, liquid stevia and sea salt. Stir well.
Add coconut flakes and/or pork rinds if desired. Stir again.
Pour into chocolate molds. Freeze for 20 minutes or longer.
Pop out fat bombs and store in air tight container in the freezer until ready to eat. These melt fast!
