- 12 Eggs
- 1.5 tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 1.5 tbsp Avocado Mayonnaise
- Salt (To Taste)
- Pepper (To Taste)
Hard-boiling Eggs
Put eggs into a large pot and cover with water
Bring water to a rapid boil.
Once water is boiling, turn off heat and cover. Let sit for 30 minutes
Afterwards, pour out hot water and place in cold water until eggs are cool. Once cool, pat dry and peel
Making Deviled Eggs
Slice eggs in half lengthwise
Take out yolks, and place them in a bowl
Add mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy
Discard roughly 1/4 of the egg whites
Spoon the yolk, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper mixture into the remaining eggs.
