Keto Fat Bomb
This delicious recipe provides a nice dessert and calorie boos to any meal. Low carb and low guilt!
Equipment
- Freezer
- Ice Cube Tray or Lekue Red Silicone Mini Brownie Mold
Ingredients
- 10 tbsp Organic virgin coconut oil, melted
- 10 tbsp Nutiva organic coconut oil buttery flavor, melted
- 20 tbsp Organic Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Now Better Stevia Glycerite (liquid) (Use slightly less than 1 tsp)
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flakes (Optional)
- 20 g Pork Rinds (Optional) Provides a "Nestle Crunch" type texture and consistency.
Instructions
- Melt oils
- Add cacao powder, liquid stevia and sea salt. Stir well.
- Add coconut flakes and/or pork rinds if desired. Stir again.
- Pour into chocolate molds. Freeze for 20 minutes or longer.
- Pop out fat bombs and store in air tight container in the freezer until ready to eat. These melt fast!
