Keto Bacon Burger Wrap With Dill Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Beef or Buffalo Make sure meat is grass fed, grass finished
- 8 Leaves Romain or Iceberg Lettuce Use the organic variety
- 30 g DDLicious Guacamole <a href="https://deltadatalab.com/recipes/ddlicious-guacamole/">Recipe</a>
- 1 batch Zesty Low Carb Dill Dip <a href="https://deltadatalab.com/zesty-low-carb-dill-dip/">Recipe</a>
- Sauerkraut (optional) - To Taste Use organic varieties with no synthetic additives
- 4 pieces Parchment Paper Cut parchment paper into squares roughly 10" x 10"
Instructions
Cooking
- Form ground beef/bison into patties and pan fry with a dash of salt
- In a separate pan, fry the bacon (alternately, baking it in the oven works as well)
- Make a batch of DDLicious Guacamole
Assembly
- Paper: Place one 10" x 10" piece of parchment paper onto each of the 4 plates to be served
- Lettuce: Place 2 lettuce leaves on each piece of paper (double thick)
- Beef: Place one beef patty, cut in half, onto the lettuce
- Guac: Coat each beef patty with a generous portion (to taste) of DDL Guacamole
- Dip: Coat DDL Guacamole with a layer (to taste) of Zesty Low Carb Dill Dip
- Kraut: (Optional) Coal the guacamole with a layer of sauerkraut
- Roll contents gently into a wrap and serve!
