Deviled Eggs

Easy to make and delicious, these eggs are good for any meal

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Eggs
  • 1.5 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1.5 tbsp Avocado Mayonnaise
  • Salt (To Taste)
  • Pepper (To Taste)

Hard-boiling Eggs

  • Put eggs into a large pot and cover with water
  • Bring water to a rapid boil.
  • Once water is boiling, turn off heat and cover. Let sit for 30 minutes
  • Afterwards, pour out hot water and place in cold water until eggs are cool. Once cool, pat dry and peel

Making Deviled Eggs

  • Slice eggs in half lengthwise
  • Take out yolks, and place them in a bowl
  • Add mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy
  • Discard roughly 1/4 of the egg whites
  • Spoon the yolk, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper mixture into the remaining eggs.
