Deviled Eggs
Easy to make and delicious, these eggs are good for any meal
Ingredients
- 12 Eggs
- 1.5 tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 1.5 tbsp Avocado Mayonnaise
- Salt (To Taste)
- Pepper (To Taste)
Instructions
Hard-boiling Eggs
- Put eggs into a large pot and cover with water
- Bring water to a rapid boil.
- Once water is boiling, turn off heat and cover. Let sit for 30 minutes
- Afterwards, pour out hot water and place in cold water until eggs are cool. Once cool, pat dry and peel
Making Deviled Eggs
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise
- Take out yolks, and place them in a bowl
- Add mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy
- Discard roughly 1/4 of the egg whites
- Spoon the yolk, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper mixture into the remaining eggs.
