Keto Street Tacos
Fast, easy, delicious, and very filling this recipe is a tried and true low-carb crowd pleaser!
Ingredients
- 907 g Ground Beef 2 Lbs
- 0.25 Cups DDL Fajita Seasoning
- 59 g Apple Cider Vinegar 4 Tablespoons
- 36 g Romaine Lettuce 1-2 Leaves
- 4 g Green Onion Tops
- 3 g Cilantro
- 25 g Avocado or DDL Guacamole
- 7 g Parmesan Cheese 1 Tablespoon. Grated
- 1 Lemon Wedge 1/8 of a Lemon
Instructions
Cooking
- Brown beef in a frying pan, and pour off fat. Add Fajita Seasoning and Vinegar. Mix well.
Serving
- Serve seasoned Keto Street Taco beef over a bed of lettuce leaves. Top with avocados or guacamole, diced cilantro leaves, parmesan cheese, lemon wedge.
