Ingredients
  

  • 907 g Lamb Stew Meat 2 lbs
  • 15 g Garlic 4 Cloves
  • 60 g Lemon Juice 4 Tablespoons
  • 30 g Olive Oil 2 Tablespoons
  • 7 g Rosemary 2 Tablespoons. Finely minced or ground
  • 4.6 g Black Pepper 2 teaspoons

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C)
  • Place all ingredients into an 8" x 8" (20cm x 20cm) glass baking dish.  Mix well.
  • Bake for 18 minutes or until lamb reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (73°C)
