Dry Ingredients

  • 1.5 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Granulated Monkfruit Sweetener

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 5 Tbsp Coconut Milk
  • 0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly
  • In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
  • Next, pour wet ingredients into the bowl containing dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly
  • Pour this mixture evenly into four separate coffee mugs
  • To cook, simply place each of these coffee mugs, one at a time, into a microwave, and cook for 1.5 minutes
