Coconut Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1.5 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 0.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
- 2 Tbsp Granulated Monkfruit Sweetener
Wet Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 5 Tbsp Coconut Milk
- 0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly
- In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Next, pour wet ingredients into the bowl containing dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly
- Pour this mixture evenly into four separate coffee mugs
- To cook, simply place each of these coffee mugs, one at a time, into a microwave, and cook for 1.5 minutes
