
BG Friendly Coffee
A quick and delicious coffee recipe that we've found is highly correlated to decreases blood glucose levels. This is no doubt due in no small part to the relatively high amount fat in the recipe.

Ingredients
- 150 g Coffee (one cup) We use Bulletproof brand coffee
- 30 g Coconut Milk Use a variety that only contains coconut milk, and no additives. We like Trader Joe's brand coconut milk.
- 5 g Monkfruit Sweetener
