Garlic Rosemary Lamb
This easy to make and delicious lamb recipe provides a fast meal on busy evenings.

Ingredients
- 907 g Lamb Stew Meat 2 lbs
- 15 g Garlic 4 Cloves
- 60 g Lemon Juice 4 Tablespoons
- 30 g Olive Oil 2 Tablespoons
- 7 g Rosemary 2 Tablespoons. Finely minced or ground
- 4.6 g Black Pepper 2 teaspoons
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C)
- Place all ingredients into an 8" x 8" (20cm x 20cm) glass baking dish. Mix well.
- Bake for 18 minutes or until lamb reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (73°C)
